NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM – Colombo.

This Museum is situated at Colombo 7 behind the National Museum of Colombo facing the Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha.

This Museum is dedicated for the display of bio-diversity of the country and its displays contain birds, mammals, reptiles, sea-mammals, insects, botanical, gems and geological specimens of Sri Lanka.

Like the National Museum this is closed on Fridays.
