The 3rd important Devalaya in Kandy is the Kataragama Devalaya with the main entrance facing Kotugodella Vidiya. The priests performing at the Kandy Kataragama Devalaya are Hindu Brahmins. There is a Buddhist Shrine in the Devala premises.
